1970 ・1,600 Ton Forging Press and 2,500 Ton Forging Press introduced to increase safety and productivity.
・600kw and 700kw High Frequency Induction Heating Furnaces installed.
 
1973 ・Began construction of Fukushima factory.  
1974 ・First construction stage of Fukushima factory completed.
・Relocation of 2,500 Ton Forging Press.
・New installation of 3,000 Ton Forging Press and 1,600 Ton Forging Press.
 
1978 ・The 1,600 Ton Forging Press was used for producing aluminum parts due to an increase demand in aluminum products.  
1979 ・Second construction stage of Fukushima factory completed.
・Transfered all production from Tokyo factory to Fukushima.
・Installation of Ion Nitride Furnace (to extend Die life).
 
1981 ・Third construction stage of Fukushima factory completed.
・1,600 Ton Forging Press installed.
・Built the new inspection factory.
 
1982 ・Installed 2,500 Ton Forging Press, 350 Ton Billet Shear.
・To meet the increased demands for aluminum products, new aluminum forging factory built.

1984 ・Installed 1,600 Ton Forging Press Line.
・Large scale Ion Furnace added.
 
1985 ・Installed 4,000 Ton Automatic Transfer Press Line.
・Second forging factory built.
・Installed Electric Discharge Machine.
 
1986 ・Installed 1,600 Ton Auto Transfer Press Line.
・Installed 500 Ton Billet Shear.
・Hammer factory created. (3 Ton, 1.5 Ton, 3/4 Ton).
・Second die assembly factory established.
・Installed 3 Dimensional Coordinate Measuring Machine.
 
1987 ・Established US projects.  
1988 ・TFO Tech Co., Ltd. established as an Ohio-based affiliate. Began operations with capital fund of $85,000.
・Installed 1,800 Ton and 5,000 Ton Press Lines.
・Installed 4,000 Ton Automatic Transfer Press Line to Fukushima Factory.
 
1989 ・Commercial production began for TFO Tech Co., Ltd.  
1998 ・Installed high speed processing machine for higher efficiency.  
1999 ・Installed heat treatment facility for forged iron products.  
2001 ・Company name changed from Murayama Iron Co. to TFO Corporation.  
2002 ・Constructed second aluminum factory, installated 2,500 Ton Knuckle Press.
・Southern factory built for aluminum thermal process and finishing.
 
2003 ・Installed Twister for crankshaft production.
・Installed 3,300 Ton Nucklepress for aluminum forging.
・Established TFO Tech (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
・Transferred forging equipment from Japan to Thailand.
 
2004 ・Commercial production began for TFO Tech (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
・Installed Automatic Transfer Press Line to Fukushima factory.
 
2005 ・Increased capital stock to $808,000.
・Started the production and sales of Truck Link for construction machines.
 
2006 ・Installed 2,000 Ton Press Line in the third new aluminum factory.  
2007 ・Installed 4,000 Ton and 1,600 Ton Press Lines in the newly built factory in Kumamoto, Japan due to high demands in the Kyuushu area.  
2008 ・Transitioned to a 7 Line structure and added 5,000 Ton Press Line to TFO Tech Co., Ltd.
・3,000 Ton Press Line added to TFO Tech (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
